Dennis Schroder Speaks on LeBron James' Massive Influence for Lakers after Blowout Game 3 Win

The Lakers blew out the Suns 109-95, thanks in large part to the efforts of LeBron James and Dennis Schroder.

The Los Angeles Lakers have had their fair share of struggles this season, but Game 3 of their first-round playoff series against the Phoenix Suns was not one of them.

Schroder, who was acquired by the Lakers in the offseason to help bolster their backcourt, had an impressive game, finishing with 20 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists.

But even he admits that much of the credit for the Lakers' success goes to James.

"He's been doing it for so long, and he knows what it takes to win. He sets the tone for us, and we all follow his lead."

James, who finished with 21 points, 6 rebounds, and 9 assists in Game 3, has been the driving force behind the Lakers' success this season.

And when it's time to play, he's always ready to go. He sets the tone for us, and we all feed off his energy."

"He's a great teammate and a great leader," Schroder said. "He's always looking out for us and making sure we're all on the same page.

The Lakers will need James and Schroder to continue playing at a high level if they hope to advance past the Suns in the first round of the playoffs.
