L.A. rapper MoneySign Suede Dies in Prison of Suspected Homicide

On May 1st, 2023, the music industry and fans of Los Angeles rapper MoneySign Suede were shocked to learn of his sudden death.

According to reports, MoneySign Suede, whose real name is Anthony Johnson, died in prison of suspected homicide. The rapper was 29 years old.

His most recent release, "Loyalty Above All Else," was released in 2021, and it received praise from both fans and critics.

MoneySign Suede gained fame in the music industry through his unique style and lyrical talent.

MoneySign Suede's rise to fame was not without controversy, however. The rapper had been involved in several legal issues, including drug charges and a pending assault case at the time of his death.

On May 1st, 2023, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation announced that MoneySign Suede had been found dead in his cell at the California State Prison in Lancaster.

The cause of death is currently under investigation, but authorities suspect homicide.

The death of MoneySign Suede has left a hole in the music industry, and fans and fellow artists alike are mourning the loss of a talented rapper.
